Dear Advanced Energy Supplier Partners,

Advanced Energy Malaysia will have shipment control.

•           Shipment to Advanced Energy Malaysia will be controlled from Jun 1^st  to Jul 7^th. Impact plant in SGMY/MY01.

•           Any shipment during above period need to get approved by AE.

•           There will be no pickup from Dimerco, DGF and Toll until AE approval.

Dear Advanced Energy Vendors:

It is that time of year again to start planning for Advanced Energy's yearly physical count activity for AE owned stock located at vendor sites.

Over the course of 2021, Advanced Energy has reviewed its processes for this physical count activity, and we have determined that due to less working days and year-end activities in the month of December that we would move our yearly count activities to be managed over the course of the month of November.

Due to this change Advanced Energy felt it necessary to provide you our vendors notification in October to assist you in planning for this upcoming necessary count activity.

You should see requests asking for counts in your locations starting the first week of November and ask that you please have necessary inventory count feedback returned no later than the second week in November. This will assist with any reconciliation activities necessary for us to meet a goal of posting all our vendor counts prior to end of month.

We appreciate your attention and support during this very critical activity.

2021 Year- end Shipments Notice

Dear Advanced Energy Supplier Partners,

Advanced Energy Shenzhen and Malaysia observe Christmas and new year as public holiday. Please be informed that :

•           Advanced Energy receiving dock at Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Penang Malaysia will be closed from Dec 22th to Jan 7th. 

•           Any material shipments that arrives at Hong Kong or Penang between Dec 22th 2021 to Jan 7th 2022 will be held in storage and received on Jan 8th 2022.

•           Last shipment in 2021 to AE on or before Dec 21rd. Any shipping doc or invoice showing ship date between Dec 22th to Dec 31st will be rejected and return, unless prior approved by AE.

•           First shipment in 2022  to AE on Jan 2nd.

•           There will be no pickup from Dimerco, DGF, UPS, FedEx and JHJ from Dec 22th to Dec 31st .

•           The shop calendar days of Dec 22th  to Jan 7th  have been removed from SNC and will have a corresponding impact on supplier requirements during that week.
